Marvel Studios is pretty much the biggest name in Hollywood over the last decade. However, fans excited to see how Captain Marvel plays into the Avenger’s timeline are going to have to wait an extra two months for the next Avengers film, set to release in May.

Us

15 March 2019 | Not Yet Rated (Likely PG-13 or R)

Us, Jordan Peele’s directorial follow up to his Oscar-winning debut Get Out, is slated to release on March 15th. Get Out was loved equally by critics and audiences, earning a 99% “Certified Fresh” rating on Rotten Tomatoes for weaving pointed social commentary into its unique blend of comedy and horror/thriller themes. Not much information is known about Us yet, but audiences are in for a treat if Jordan Peele is able to recapture even half of what made Get Out so enthralling.

Chaos Walking

1 March 2019 | Not Yet Rated (Likely PG-13)

The 2019 Chaos Walking movie is based on a series of young adult science fiction books of the same name, written by Patrick Ness. The dystopian trilogy features a world in which living things can hear each other’s thoughts. These shared thoughts are referred to as Noise in this world. From the first book: “The Noise is a man unfiltered, and without a filter, a man is just chaos walking.” The film adaptation will star Tom Holland (Spider-Man: Homecoming, Avengers: Infinity War) and Daisy Ridley (Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Murder on the Orient Express), bringing together two huge franchise stars for what is likely to be a hit movie.

Wonder Park

15 March 2019 | PG

Wonder Park is an upcoming joint production from Paramount Animation and Nickelodeon Movies, starring Brianna Denski and Ken Hudson Campbell, as well as Hollywood veterans like Jennifer Garner, Matthew Broderick, Mila Kunis, and more. Nickelodeon is looking to parlay the hype around the film into a successful television series based on the movie, also set to make its debut in 2019. Wonder Park will be the third movie from Nickelodeon to have been spun-off into a TV series, following in the footsteps of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius and Barnyard, both of which had TV runs lasting around four years.

Dumbo

29 March 2019 | Not Yet Rated (Likely G or PG)

Tim Burton’s latest project brings to life a character that many Disney fans are familiar with: Dumbo is coming to theaters again. Loosely inspired by the 1941 animated Disney movie with the same title, the film will star Colin Farrell, Michael Keaton, Danny DeVito, Eva Green, and Alan Arkin.
